KDG Aviation is a privately-held company that was formed in 2009. Our mission is to operate, develop, and market general aviation airports and aviation facilities throughout the United States for the purpose of maximizing value through efficient operations and strategic on-airport real estate development.

The principal of KDG Aviation has unparalleled airport operational, development, and marketing expertise. Moreover, she has been directly involved in virtually every aspect of aviation and non-aviation use that has been successfully developed on airport property.
About Our Principal
Lydia Kennard
Ms. Kennard served as the Executive Director of Los Angeles World Airports (“LAWA”). She is also a real estate attorney with undergraduate and graduate degrees in urban planning. She has directed several, major aviation-related planning and development programs which include runway reconstructions, hangar and cargo facilities, and terminal buildings. Additionally, Ms. Kennard has led major master planning efforts in conjunction with the Federal Aviation Administration at Los Angeles International Airport, Ontario International Airport and Van Nuys Airport, which has the greatest number of airfield operations of any general aviation airport in the world.
